Shipments
Packages are generally shipped at the end of the week following receipt of payment and are shipped via COLISIMO without tracking or signature.
If you prefer delivery by COLISIMO with signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method.
When leaving our warehouse, you are notified by email by COLISMO services of the sending of your package.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. The handling charges are fixed, while the freight charges vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot combine two separate orders placed separately, and shipping charges will apply to each. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile items.
